Pistachio panna cotta
Panna cotta gets a new flavour from homemade coarse pistachio paste. Easy panna cotta is well-suited for a dessert for almost all meals.

6 servings | Preparation time 30 minutes + setting time 4 hours
Ingredients
3 gelatin sheets
2 cartons (2 dl each) whipping cream
1 dl milk
½ dl sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Pistachio paste
1 bag (70 g) unsalted pistachios without shells
½ dl powdered sugar
3 tbsp water
Prepare the pistachio paste. Grind the pistachios, sugar and water in a food processor or powerful blender into a paste for about 10 minutes.
Put the gelatin sheets in cold water for 5 minutes.
Bring the cream, milk and sugars to a boil in a saucepan while stirring. Remove the saucepan from the stove and mix in the pistachio paste. Squeeze excess water out of the gelatin sheets. Carefully mix the gelatin sheets in the hot cream mixture.
Divide the mixture into serving glasses, cover with plastic wrap and let set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Tip: Garnish the panna cotta with berries or fruit.
