Chicken stir-fry

Pan-cooked chicken stir-fry is a quick and tasty weekday dish – prepare it easily with a potato-and-onion mix and marinated chicken fillet strips.

Ingredients

500 g (1 bag) potato-onion mix (frozen)

350 g (1 pack) honey-marinated strips of chicken fillet

1 tbsp rapeseed oil

250 g (1 tub) liquid processed cheese

½ tsp salt

(½ pot of flat-leaf parsley)

  1. Bring the potato strips to room temperature. Fry the fillet strips until golden brown in oil in a frying pan or saucepan.

  2. Add the potato strips to the pan and fry for 5 minutes. Mix the cheese with the potato strips. Cook with the lid on, stirring occasionally, for 10–15 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked. Season with salt. Finish with finely chopped flat-leaf parsley if you wish.
