Easy Biscoff tiramisu

The newest version of tiramisu is flavoured with caramelised biscuit spread. Caramelised biscuits, coffee and mascarpone cream form an irresistible combination.
Ingredients
1 ½ dl (about ½ jar) caramelised biscuit spread (Lotus Biscoff)
1 tub (250 g) mascarpone cheese
2 cartons (2 dl each) whipping cream
1 pkg (250 g) caramelised biscuits (Lotus Biscoff)
1 dl strong coffee drink
On the top
1 tsp dark cocoa powder
Whisk the biscuit spread and mascarpone in a bowl. Add the cream and whisk until fluffy.Save 4 biscuits for garnishing. Dip half of the remaining biscuits in cooled coffee and place on the bottom of the pan (20 × 25 cm).
Spread half of the filling on top. Moisten the rest of the biscuits in the same way and place them on top of the filling. Apply the rest of the filling to the surface. Put it in the refrigerator to set for at least 3 hours.
Strain cocoa powder on the surface of the tiramisu just before serving. Garnish with biscuits.
