BBQ hot dogs
These tasty BBQ hot dogs are quick to make by combining ready-made coleslaw, rich BBQ sauce and crispy roasted onion crumbs.

Preparation time 30 min | 8 pieces | Oven temperature 180 °C
8 pcs (2 bags) hot dog buns
8 frankfurters
Other ingredients
350 g (1 pack) coleslaw
1 dl roasted onion crumbs
BBQ sauce
Instructions
Place the frankfurters on baking paper on a tray and cook in an oven at 180 °C for 10 minutes. Add the buns and heat for another 2 minutes.
Assemble the hot dogs by spreading BBQ sauce on the bottom of the bun, adding the frankfurter and topping with coleslaw. Garnish with onion crumbs.
Tip! Try the fun spiral frankfurters: Push a skewer as straight as possible lengthwise through the middle of the frankfurter. Cut the surface of the frankfurter with a knife in approximately 2½ cm increments while rotating it away from you. Carefully remove the stick and cook the frankfurter.
